Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Professional knowledge of Fintech Business Model, Due Diligence and documentation requirement for Peer to Peer Lending, Account Aggregator, Full Fledge Money Changer License.
• Having Professional Experience in verticals - Company Incorporation (Nidhi and Producer Company), C-KYC and FUI-IND Registration and Compliances, FC-GRR, FC-TRS and other forms filing. Compounding under FEMA and Other FEMA.
• Skilled in Corporate Law, Risk Management, Corporate governance and liaisoning with RBI and IRDA
• Building business relationships with new and potential clients
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).

• Regular follow up on the assigned leads, Close prospective leads and achieve the assigned monthly target.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information (CRM, Excel, etc.).

• Registration under GST and Startup India scheme. Proven Experience of 5+ years in Company Compliance.
