Introduction: Rajasthan Pollution Control Board
As per provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 all new intending projects (Developmental & Industrial) are required to obtain Consent to Establish (CTE) from State Pollution Control Board. The industries are categorized as red, orange, green and white.

Categories of Industries
After consulting with Central Pollution Control board, the Ministry of Environment, Forests and climate change has reclassified the industries into red , orange green and white as part of policies and objectives of government to promote Ease of Doing Responsible Business.
Documents Required be Submitted With Application
- Certificate of incorporation (CIN)
- MOA (1st, 2nd, last page)
- Company PAN Card
- GST certificate
- Board Declaration for Authorized person
- Adhaar Card PAN card of authorized person
- Rent agreement/proof of ownership/RSIDC Allotment letter
- Electricity Bill
- Water Bill
- Factroy License/Trade License
- Layout Plan/Naksha
- CA letter for project cost
The application for Consent/Authorization henceforth shall only be accepted if accompanied with requisite documents as per Check List of Documents
