- Case 1: If you do not have your father's caste certificate, you must present all caste certificate paperwork from your blood relatives.

- A copy of his/her father's, brother's, sister's, or blood relative from the paternal side's OBC certificate, if available.
- Two attestations from MP/MLA/Councilor/Gazetted Officers stating the applicant's caste and continuous stay in Delhi since 1993.
