Get an FSSAI Central License!

Shops and Establishment Registration

Every owner of a store or commercial institution with more than 10 employees must register with the state labor department. This procedure has recently been moved online. Pollution clearance (Consent to Establish/Consent to Operate) is necessary from the appropriate SPCB (state pollution control board) because the food manufacturing sector is deemed a polluting industry by the CPCB (central pollution control board) and SPCBs. Income tax
