Refund Policy - Corpseed
At Corpseed, we strive to deliver the best in Environmental Compliance, Financial, Legal Compliance, and Secretarial Services through our portal. However, if in case you are not fully satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately, and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation promptly. If needed, we can offer you alternative services or a refund as per the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund Request Timeline: Refunds will only be applicable if the customer submits a refund request within 7 days of the service purchase date. Any refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. However, the customer may be eligible for an alternative service, subject to applicable service charges.
- Documentation Completion: Refunds will only be applicable if the customer has provided all required documentation and Corpseed is at fault for not completing the work on time. If the customer has failed to provide the necessary documents or information, a refund will not be granted.
- Correct Documentation Requirement: Customers will not be eligible for a refund if the requested documentation is not provided correctly or in full as per the requirements of the relevant government portal. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
2. Refund and Alternative Service Conditions
- Refund Requests within 7 Days: Customers will be eligible for a full refund only if the refund request is submitted within 7 days of the service purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Requests After 7 Days: If the customer contacts Corpseed after 7 days from the date of service purchase, they will not be eligible for a refund. However, the customer may opt for an alternate service. Please note that a service charge ranging from 20% to 35% of the original service fee will be deducted when the customer chooses an alternate service.
- Service Charge Deduction: The service charge deduction is applicable to the first alternate service opted for by the customer. The percentage deduction (20% to 35%) will depend on the type of service and the specific terms of the new service being provided.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Request: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at escalation@corpseed.com or call us at 7558640644 within the eligible timeframe, providing your service details and reason for the refund request.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date the refund request is received. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Exemptions and Limitations
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if the reason for the request is a change of mind or personal preference unless otherwise specified in this policy.
- Force Majeure: Corpseed is not liable for any refunds if the service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government action, Portal glitch, or other force majeure events.
- Third-Party Providers: If the service involves third-party products or services (e.g., legal or financial consultations), refunds may be subject to their individual terms and conditions.
- No refund due to change in government policies and for not providing complete required documents as per Govt. Norms.
