Directors/Principal Officers

The role of a Director or Principal Officer requires certain qualifications. An individual eligible to become an Independent Director has to fulfill the following requirements:

• Should not have any criminal conviction

Security Guards

PSARA requires applicants to meet the following criteria to serve as a security guard:

• They must be an Indian citizen.
• Age must be between 18 and 65 years.
• Should have undergone training in security services earlier.
• No termination from government service.
• Comply with the physical standards needed.
• A character certificate is mandatory to ensure integrity.
