The producers, manufacturers, and importers need to get the EPR Registration for equipment for spraying, spreading, and dispersing gas and liquid. The Central Pollution Control Board provides the authorisation to produce and distribute these EEE products but also prescribes following the concerned compliance to fulfil the annual EPR target by recycling e-waste.
