Corpseed ITES Pvt. Ltd. is a technology platform, make things easier for Entrepreneurs and businesses. Just like a seed is required to grow a tree similarly, there are few prerequisites like “Business Planning, finalizing the legal structure of the business, Govt Licenses/Permits, Legal compliance, financial structure & Integration of right technology to operate the business”. These prerequisites act as a seed for an organization to grow successfully. These are the basic mandatory requirements a business must follow, in order to sustain in the current competitive environment. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs in managing these most important business requirements, at an affordable price for better growth, compliance, and sustainability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional portals)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, monster etc)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • MBA in HR or relevant field
