  1. Sole Proprietorship: PAN card, Aadhar card, address proof utility bill or rental agreement, and passport-sized photographs.
  2. Partnership Firms: Partnership deed, PAN card of the firm, and address proof.
  3. Private Limited Companies: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of Association (MoA), Articles of Association (AoA), PAN card, and address proof.
  • Online Registration on Official Portal: Go to the official Maharashtra government portal at (MahaOnline) to apply for an online Gumasta License. Click "Create Employer User Account," enter your email ID and password, along with other information required, and activate your account through an email.
  • Filling up the Application Form: Once the account is created, log in through the portal with your credentials. Click on "Shop and Establishment Registration" and select "Registration Form A." Fill in all the details very carefully. You should ensure that all the details are reflected in the documents that you have prepared to avoid mistakes at the verification stage.
  • Upload All Necessary Documents: Upload all required documents specified on the form after completing the application form. Be sure to ensure that every document is legible and not blurry, as any delay may happen.
