Who should obtain Fire NOC?

• Hotels and guest houses having height more than 12 meters having ground plus three upper stories including mezzanine floor
• Educational buildings having height more than 9 meters or having ground plus two upper stories including mezzanine floor
• Institutional buildings having height more than 9 meters or having ground plus two upper stories including mezzanine floor
• All Assembly buildings
• Business buildings having height more than 15 meters or having ground plus four upper stories including mezzanine floor
• Mercantile buildings having height more than 9 meters or having ground plus two upper stories including mezzanine floor
• Industrial buildings having covered area on all floors more than 250 square meters
• Storage buildings having covered area on all floors more than 250 square meters
• All Hazardous buildings having covered area on all floors more than 100 square meters

• Two sets of Building plans through Building Authority which Consists of the site plan, building plan, Layout Plan, Analysis Report, Form of Supervision
• The building plans must contain all the information as prescribed by the by-laws
• Checklist as filled in a questionnaire
• Model of the building
• Checklist as Certified by the architect
• Building Stability Certificate
• One copy of the Aadhar Card of the applicant
• Photograph of the Establishment or Building was taken from the outside
• Quantity and Completion Certificate from a recognized authority (Electric Wiring)
