Portland Pozzolana Cement is a mixture of Portland cement with pozzolana, natural or otherwise. It may also be an admixture of ordinary Portland cement and very fine pozzolana, if required with ground gypsum. Such a mixture enhances the characteristics of the cement. 

Pozzolana Composition: It shall contain 15% to 35% by mass of fly ash.

Physical Properties:

• Fineness: Not less than 300 m²/kg.
• Setting Time: Initial minimum of 30 minutes; Final maximum of 600 minutes.
• Soundness: Expansion not more than 10 mm.
• Compressive Strength: Minimum of 16 MPa at 3 days, 22 MPa at 7 days, and 33 MPa at 28 days.
